OMG! Yesterday I drew a penis in the frost on Lauren's car window with my tongue! and other such randomness.
So, in Drama class we have to write thought catchers. It's the way of the Mall, and it shall ALWAYS be followed. She acts like it's a hassle to grade them a lot of the time, but you know that she enjoys hearing our input. We are required to write ten sentences on the subject line given to us, and add as much input as we can. I, of course, have tally marks in the margins of these papers, and write exactly ten sentences. No more. No less. I normally write in two-three word sentences as well. What do you know about Shakespeare and his influence on Modern Drama?
I wrote:
Shakespeare was a womanizing bastard. He greatly affected modern drama. His female characters were all murderous psychopaths or ditzes or just plain dumb. Very dumb. The earliest known record of the Shakespeare lineage is very odd. Papa Shakes was fined for having a dung pile close to the house. Too close. They must have pooped a lot. It takes a lot of poop to create a pile of it. I'm willing to wager that they didn't smell too good either.
I got the paper back with a warning about my language, and a smiley face covering the half of the page not used up by my tally marks or drabble about Willy Shakes. I think I may amuse her, with these dumb papers.
*shrugs*
Who knows.
